The sauna is a wooden room, with the walls isolated from a special interspace, with door equipped with safety glass, benches and wooden accessories. The practice of the sauna is based on a simple principle: a strong and beneficial sweating obtained within a natural environment, opportunely isolated, in which the high temperature and the right level of humidity bring the body to a state of great relaxation. Our body starts to sweat and expels liquids, minerals, excess fats and all the many harmful toxins, purifying the organism. The many beneficial effects derive mostly from the heat and the steam produced inside the sauna therefore they help you to: relax and decontract muscles, activate blood circulation, lower blood pressure bringing consequently beneficial effects on the psyche. Remember, however, that the saunas should be always accompanied by a bath or a cold shower to increase its benefits.
